We should eat at least 7 to 9 types of vegetable and fruit
in a day. We found teens who ate extra serves of vegetable every day saw a
reduction in their anxiety levels. I mostly prefer to the people just eat all
the types of veggies and fruits by starting every meal. We should eat veggies
for fro breakfast to hit the all serve goals.
Most of the people know many of the essential vitamins and
minerals and protein are fat soluble only, this is the reason the Italians,
French and Greeks people add oil and butter to their meals. I mostly prefer to
use olive oil to your vegetables, and coconut oil and ghee in curries types of
food a tablespoon. Do you know oil nourishes and make us warm!
Re-calibrating Pork Meal
First collect these ingredient
2 teaspoon coconut oil
1 sweet potato cut into pieces
Sea salt and black pepper
1 fennel
1 apple cut into 8 pieces
1 teaspoon chopped sage
First heat oven to 210°C, pork and sweet potato with salt pepper.
Heat the coconut oil in medium level. Brown the potato, turning once. After
that adding the fennel, pieces of apple, asparagus and herbs to the pan. Stir
to the mixture. After that placing them on the top of the veggies, fruits and
herbs. Mix mustard, vinegar and pour over the lot. And then place it in the
oven and cook for 15 – 20 minutes.

Just eat healthier become healthier. Every day we need to
take 13 vitamins and 11 minerals according to the height and weight of our
body. We should never over eat or less eat which cause our body to ill, sick
and weak. Focus on healthiness.

Nice article, I got really good knowledge about fruits and vegetable and the importance of fruit and vegetable in our life, but this is not e-naff for living a good and healthy life we should required more things while eating food.
