If you talk about any of the business the most important thing is to get to grip and treat with people fairly while what you need from them. This is hard to be able to find most curious person who is serious with his career. In this article we are going to discuss over all recruitment process such as how to prepare, how it works, what you need to do and bear in mind and give everyone to equal chance to prove their skill and landing the role.

Advertise Position
 This is the first stage and it some careful considerations. Advertise the position that you want to fill. Decide which position should be filled and which you can do without. Once you clear about vacant position then advertise it on the right platform where everyone can apply easily if they are eligible. Describe details about your positions such as knowledge, skill, experience, salary etc.

Collect Applications
One you have received enough applications or specific number of response. Now precise and filter out some more likely to your requirements. I am sure you will get many good candidates who are not only meeting your basic requirements but also get rid over requirements.   



Review & Shortlist
You will almost certainly find that meet your criteria. Start review and shortlist. This is really an exciting part of the process because you get which kind of employee you hire. You do shortlist more than 10% of your requirements because you need the best so many of them may be rejected.


Calls for Interview
This is the best way of ensuring that they are coming for interview. Make a call everyone and ensure your time suitable for interview. If any applicant has any time issue ask him for suitable time and make that is the best time also for you.  If someone hasn’t picked up call then send them email or letter or text to ensuring.

Second Review
This is a difficult task your interviewee is in front of you. You will have some list to select. Take the proper interviews not only knowledge base but also communication skills, behavior, some current affairs and other activities. After that analyze who appeared more passionate. I make you sure it will help you get right person.  

Job Offer & Checks
Now you can offer the job to the person who you felt was most suited to it. Make faith on him and think that person can handle your project for that you hire him. And the most important thing you should also keep on checking for new employment as soon as possible.

Appointment
Now appoint the role to whom you have selected means successful candidate. Let ask him any problem if he feels. Assign him work and ask his reviews about that project. Ask his strategies for that you will get new idea and also you may know his more ability. If he did any mistake you can suggest him.
