This
is the best way of ensuring that they are coming for interview. Make a call

This
is a difficult task your interviewee is in front of you. You will have some
list to select. Take the proper interviews not only knowledge base but also
communication skills, behavior, some current affairs and other activities.

Job Offer & Checks
Now
you can offer the job to the person who you felt was most suited to it. Make
faith on him and think that person can handle your project for that you hire
him. And the most important thing you should also keep on checking for new
employment as soon as possible.
Appointment
Now
appoint the role to whom you have selected means successful candidate. Let ask
him any problem if he feels. Assign him work and ask his reviews about that
project. Ask his strategies for that you will get new idea and also you may
know his more ability. If he did any mistake you can suggest him.
